They're seeking an Event Specialist – someone who is passionate about creating elevated client experiences for both virtual and in person events.

The Role

The Event Specialist will support the Event Manager with event concepts, sponsorship and logistics. They may design and maintain websites, including mobile applications. Create integrated registration processes including client communication strategies. Own and manage the events section of the intranet. Execute virtual events in the host/producer role, act as the communication lead for events, be the relationship liaison with the Business Development team, and source vendors as required. This is a hybrid opportunity, which allows for mostly remote work, there is potential for 1-2 days per week in the office.

Requirements

Your Skills and Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in a relevant events position
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional client events
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other event technology platforms
• Ability to leverage technology to enhance client experiences
• Ability to think critically and use sound judgement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills; ability to multi-task
