Pro Seal Ltd is a civil construction contractor in Hawkes Bay and we are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. Based in Hawkes Bay, we are looking for an Estimator to join our team. Bring your expertise and hit the ground running. Reporting to our Operations manager, the role involves analysing drawings and specifications, quoting on site and being responsible for the bidding and tender preparation processes for the region. Assemble accurate and well organised estimates and tender proposals for construction projects throughout the bay!

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Be a self-starter with a great attitude and be professionally presented
• Proven tendering experience, preferably within roading/ civil infrastructure construction
• Honesty, Reliability and highly organised with great time management skills
• Estimating and/ or Quantity surveying experience
• High command of oral and written English
• Ability to multi-task and handle a diverse workload, all whilst finding forward thinking and creative solutions
• Result focused outlook
• Practical approach to problem solving
• Sound computer knowledge
• Sound Contractual knowledge
• Clean, full NZ drivers’ licence

The successful applicant will work closely with the Director and Operations Manager and their time will be split between site and office work.
