Main Duties:
General office administration duties
Liaising with suppliers/clients and other staff
Devising and maintain office systems including data management and filling
Dealing with queries and assist resolving problems
Overseeing suppliers/contractors on site
Assisting Estates Manager in the execution of their duties
Working to support the contract team
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Producing documents, reports, and presentations
To be successful in the role, you will need:
Experience in a public facing role with the ability to deal with challenging situations
Excellent word process and IT skills including knowledge of a range of the Microsoft package including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proactive and positive attitude
A systematic and organised approach to work
Good written and oral communication skills
Availability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work using your own initiative
Understanding of health and safety processes
Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues
