As the Equipment Operator, the successful candidate will be responsible for operation and maintenance of yard equipment, with a focus on fertilizer products.

Your day to day activities will include:

Safe operation and maintenance of agricultural and grain handling equipment

Load, unload and deliver products

Blending fertilizers according to customer specifications

Handle fertilizer and chemicals

Aid in operation of grain drier, elevator, fertilizer loader

Assist with scouting fields

Provide support across all facility operations, including grain and crop inputs

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

Experience with Agricultural Equipment

A-Z or D-Z would be considered an asset

Nutrient Application and Pesticide Exterminator Licenses considered an asset

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Must have basic computer knowledge – comfortable using Microsoft Office

Ability to work inside and outside in a variety of weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs several times in a shift

Must be able to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently

Must have a high level of personal integrity and a strong work ethic
