The growth team is charged with bringing Sidekickers awesome market-disrupting technology to new clients across Australia and NZ. We are primarily an outbound function to corporate and enterprise customers, who are seeking a better solution to their casual labour needs.
As an enterprise sales manager, you will be focused on winning large strategic deals with our key clients across Australia.

As enterprise sales, you are responsible for successfully selling the Sidekicker value proposition to your target accounts. You will be allocated key client list to prospecting to, build relationships with and ultimately win these accounts. You will
Grow the enterprise portfolio and close large national deals
Be an expert in our product offering and how to sell it in the market
Work collaboratively to understand complex requirements and help create custom solutions
Manage complex sales cycles and processes
Be skilled at working with client stakeholders like, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations Managers, Logistics and HR to get deals over the line
Be an expert in latest business, industry and product trends
About you
5-10 years of selling into large, complex and listed businesses, preferably in the blue collar temporary labour space
Master negotiator with an ability to create win-win situations for Sidekicker and customers.
Passionate and hungry to deliver. You will stop at nothing to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
Outcome driven: You can cut through complexity to deliver outcomes
Highly commercial: You use data and commercial acumen to make smart decisions
Brand ambassador: You are an ambassador for our product and excel at building relationships
