Kingdom Services Group are a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, and we have a great opportunity for an Enhanced Retail Security Support Officer to join our team.

Covering various stores in West Yorkshire, you will receive 1st class training, enabling you to become a Security Brand Ambassador for Kingdom Security, whilst protecting and supporting the customer journey and shopping experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Officer looking to develop their career with an Industry Leading Security Service Provider.

Where: Morrisons stores in the West Yorkshire area including Wakefield, Heckmondwike, Dewsbury Road, Selby, Pontefract, Knottingley and Castleford.

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team with an immediate start

Hours: On average 40 - 50 hours per week. 5 days per week includes weekends. Shifts as per site rotas. Monday to Sunday between 06.00 - 23.00.

Salary: Â£13.00 per hour (Mileage allowance after the first 10 miles in each direction) 

Applicants require their own transport and must be flexible and willing to cover all sites listed.

About the role:

• First point of contact for Kingdom Security officers in store
• Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
• Providing a visible deterrent within the store
• Reducing shrink/stock loss
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements
• Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years Retail Security experience â€“ preferably with Supervisory experience
• A valid SG or DS SIA License / Own transport
• Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner
• Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE
• A full five-year checkable employment history
