About the role?

We are currently seeking an experienced Employment and Staff Development Manager, with a strong administrative background to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing day to day support in recruitment, training administration and selected payroll administration
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process of new employees, including assisting with the onboarding.
• Preparing and issuing Employment Agreements, along with other employment documents as necessary.
• Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
• Identify, select and manage external training providers, including co-ordinating and booking training, and wellness activity, as well as associated logistics and tracking
• Preparation of newsletters, Facebook and website hosting

You will also be an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team, making a strong contribution to the organisation's growth and future direction. You will demonstrate high attention to detail in a work environment with multiple and changing priorities. A positive attitude and down to earth approach is essential to role modelling our values and being a proactive part of the team.

This role requires a high level of computer work, preferred applicants will be expected to demonstrate computer competency as part of the interview and selection process.
