Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in strategy development, operations, program management, business development, or marketing
• Experience with analytics and using communicating metrics through dashboards or other reporting tools
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, creating operational efficiencies, and developing processes with stakeholders across regions
• Experience managing and developing teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with online video streaming, including both current and prior platforms
• Experience working with creators or as a creator
• Experience synthesizing data into impactful insights to support solutions
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (e.g., Slides)
• Ability to create compelling narratives, succinctly deliver key points, and creatively display strategies

About the job

The Partnership Enablement team brings products, policies, and content strategies to market across all of Google’s partner-facing teams, driving awareness and adoption of our products across our partners and content creators. As part of the Partnership Enablement team, you’ll manage cross-functional, high-priority projects, including activations, trainings, opportunity and lead identification, tracking and reporting, customer relationship management enablement, and content strategy implementation.

As the Emerging Solutions Lead, you will design and deliver programs that optimize how Creators and users leverage emerging product features for their creative expression, to grow their audience or to complement their business.

You will be adept at navigating change and structuring experiments to drive positive impact. You will manage a team of Program Managers who are focused on program design, delivery, and impact measurement. You'll communicate effectively at all levels of the business, keep cross functional teams aligned and with a focus on driving positive impact to Creators and users. You'll lead the team to stay focused on goals, track progress and feedback, report results, and provide a Creator and Strategic Partner Manager point-of-view across a myriad of initiatives.

You'll be well-versed in YouTube, long-form video, short-form video, and developing digital audiences, communicate content trends across multiple industries, and prioritize which external resources would generate impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Program Managers focused on Shorts, Acquisitions, and extending Creator Engagement for Influencer programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and execution of regional go-to market plans and programs.
• Drive inputs and alignment on regional go-to market program strategies including strategic program rationale, creator/partner selection methodologies, partner agreement terms, country prioritization, budget framework, and success metrics.
• Partner with the EMEA country teams to customize the go-to-market plans for the dynamics in their market, lead and gain buy-in to the country prioritization rationale.
• Lead local plans and provide relevant updates and feedback to Global teams.
