I have partnered with a well-known Electrical company who have secured a significant commercial / Industrial install project in Tauranga which is now well underway. The project itself is a brand new/ large scale manufacturing facility which will be one of the biggest and most high-tech of its kind in New Zealand once complete.

The Role would be fixed term for at least the next 18 months with the possibility of a permanent job at the end of it. You would be focusing on the installation of the building services part of the project so this position would have a strong commercial focus whilst working along side another PM who would handle the Industrial side of the project.

Ideally looking for someone who's got a strong track record of managing large commercial projects and liaising with key stake holders as well as the tradesmen on the ground.

You Need

• Strong Electrical background
• Strong track record of managing large commercial projects
• Experience liaising with key stake holders / main contractors
• Experience supervising teams of tradesmen
• Excellent communication
• Ability to problem solve and work with others to get results
• Electrical qualifications
• Be able to start with six weeks
