The Brand Partner Product Manager will provide delivery management for a portfolio of IT Brand Partner initiatives, identified as part of Harrods Brand Partner Strategy and Harrods IT Directorate’s planning process. The role will manage internal and external teams from a variety of technical disciplines to deliver systems and processes that support building integrated partnerships with our luxury partners to enable Harrods’ omni-channel ecommerce growth.
The Brand Partners Product Manager’s prime responsibility is to ensure that Brand Partner initiatives produce required deliverables within agreed quality, time and cost constraints and facilitate realisation of associated benefits. This will be achieved by adherence to standard project management methodology and best practice within the profession and in line with Harrods IT Portfolio Office controls and procedures. Initiatives will be a mix of projects of varying sizes and levels of complexity combined with smaller improvement initiatives to improve the capabilities of the Brand Partners function at Harrods.

About You
You’ll have rounded experience of IT Project Management, managing delivery through all stages of the lifecycle including, Inception, Discovery, Delivery, Transition and Closure- as well as associated methods and tools. You’ll have demonstrable experience in either IT e-commerce, international fulfilment, or logistics projects, with strong governance track record quality, budget, and timescales. You’ll have experience managing multiple 3rd parties feeding in to a single initiative, with the ability to coordinate across all teams while maintaining quality in delivery. You’ll have Risk / Issue Management experience, along with proven planning and Control skills, using recognised Project management tools e.g. Microsoft Project, Workfront. You’ll have strong people Management skills particularly influencing and managing people without direct authority.
