YOU WILL...

Troubleshooting & Platform Support

• Support brand eBusiness teams with troubleshooting and resolving issues on the SFCC Platform. 

• Advise on promotional configuration and mechanics, supporting brand teams with testing offers and placing end to end test orders to ensure orders flow through the SAP system correctly.

• Raise JIRA tickets with IT and liaising with developers for site issues, developments, and optimisations. 

• Work with Supply Chain/Operations team to define and improve processes for discontinued products, engraving, SAP product and sample setup requirements and Customer Care related projects such as Returns. 

Projects

• Support Digital Project Manager on large-scale Digital projects such as Next-Gen Lora, website migrations and releases. Supporting brand teams with the configuration and updates of new features.

• Execute merchandising work for new website launches, including, but not limited to; Customer Care/Legal Page updates, Category Banner configuration, Product Page improvements, footer updates, fixing broken links and categorisation/navigation updates.

 

• Support with merchandising and testing for the implementation and launch of new payment providers e.g. Klarna. 

• Develop and manage new ideas and concepts to support D2C growth and improve the customer experience e.g. Responding to negative reviews (launched on Kiehl’s), Site Improve (all Luxe Brands) and Feedback/NPS tool. 

• Local contact for CDO/EMEA UX projects, responsible for working with brand teams to drive and document optimisations and recommendations. 

Testing & Experimentation

• Conduct Behavioural analysis using tools such as Sessioncam (session replay) and Google Analytics, along with utilising insights from Customer Care data to identify opportunities to improve the online experience. 

• Work with brand teams to develop a hypothesis, objectives and mock-up testing/experimentation ideas.  

• Set up tests using Google Optimize with Developer support for tests which require more technical expertise/coding skills.

• Monitor, review, and document test results to share with the wider business 

• Sharing test results with DMIs to influence strategic decision-making and changes to the brand layer. 

You have

Strong experience on SFCC platform and experience with Page Designer

 

Experience with UX tools, like Google Optimize, Site Improve and Session Cam

The knowledge to build consumer journey flows, in order to reveal and improve weaknesses on site and build a seamless consumer experience together with the brands

The ability to lead in a matrix organized environment and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external 3rd parties

The ability to lead the training and upskilling on these platforms
