As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

You will
Manage Commercial Media Trading
• Own the trading media process between marketing, ecom, supply and commercial to ensure media is traded effectively with retailers to align with marketing objectives
• Own the CPD view of trading capabilities across key retailer accounts and categories, ensuring marketing teams aware of trading opportunities
• Collaborate with retailers to ensure reporting of media traffic is provided with a view on performance by retailer and category.
• Provide insights and reporting on the traffic directed from brand to retailers across CPD, the % of traffic traded
• Work with brands to determine where best to drive traffic to for performance and trade
Manage Performance Media
• Ownership and management of growing performance media campaigns across Facebook as well as key and innovative retailers
• Closely collaborate with our media agency to identify optimization opportunities across performance channels
• Analyse performance and share reporting with wider ecommerce and marketing teams on a regular basis.
• Identify opportunities to trial innovation within performance channels, scale and implement if successful
• Upskill the wider community on ecommerce media channels, innovative trials and CPD strategy.
• Align with marketing to ensure a full funnel approach within channels.
• Support Head of Ecommerce Media in the launch of new performance media channels
LEAD INNOVATION AND BE AN ECOMMERCE EXPERT
• Stay abreast of innovation, new channels and partners, through working closely with media partners, our media agency and the CMO team.
• Work collaboratively with counterparts in the zone and global teams, and other markets, sharing CPD UKI strategy, best practice and results.
• Presenting and translating technical information in a clear, concise manner to marketing and senior management.

• To be a self-starter, someone who can identify opportunities and leverage these rapidly to solve business solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in a commercial/customer facing landscape OR media
• Strong analytical and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate key insights clearly
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work flexibly, autonomously and take ownership for resolution
• Demonstrate an ability to manage own time and follow up on actions
