If you love talking to customers, coming up with creative solutions, and want to think strategically with businesses on digital transformation, this one is for you!
The Early Solution Engineering Program is a unique 12-month experience for graduate talent. You will have the opportunity to learn about Salesforce solutions and work closely with the Solution Engineering team on customer-facing projects while supported in your career planning and development. By the end of this program, you will graduate as an Associate Solution Engineer. But you might wonder, what does an Associate Solution Engineer do?
First and foremost, a Solution Engineer doesn’t require any engineering experience. The term describes the ideation and creation of designing solutions for customers. Solution Engineers are experts that have one foot in the technology camp and the other one in sales. They work with sales teams to advise and consult potential customers on the right combination of Salesforce solutions to reach their business goals.
You will lead customer conversations to uncover their goals, challenges and requirements. You will showcase our technology to explain the impact and value it can deliver, uniquely addressing the customer’s needs. This can be a one-off meeting, or it can involve a sophisticated account strategy involving large teams.
Have you got more of a business background? Don’t worry; our technology is easy to learn!
Have you a more technical background and are more interested in our underlying and innovative cloud technologies? We've also got you covered! Depending on your skills and interests, you can dive deeper into different topics. Our Solution Engineers work across our Salesforce products (Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud) as well as Slack, Tableau and MuleSoft.
