In the Professional Products Division (PPD), our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago.

You will
The role of the E-Retail National Account Manager reports into the Director of E-Commerce PPD, working across all PPD brands. You will be responsible for growing L’Oréal’s E-Retail business to hit our market share goals. You will use a collaborative approach, striving towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
You will be accountable for the turnover delivery and activation of sell out plans for each e-retail site by brand. You will be responsible for data analysis on performance, creating and executing Business Plans with E-retailers, and working cross functionally with the brands, finance, and supply chain to achieve business objectives.
• Establish L’Oréal as a best-in-class supplier which retailers will see as first choice to work with
• Lead all Business Plans, Commercial negotiations, financial controls, forecasting and performance reporting for each of your accounts with excellence, in order to exceed Budget.
• Lead and manage the activation plans by retailers, including spend & ROI tracking, in collaboration with the E Activation teams for best-in-class discoverability, visibility & conversion of our brands.
• Drive the Professional Haircare category, innovating and elevating our professional differentiation online by leveraging new digital capabilities such as Live streaming, 1:1 consultation, e-diagnostic tools.
• Analysis and reporting of performance on weekly basis of brands performance as well as competitors, user behaviour and trends, identifying opportunities and successfully communicating to the business.
• Merchandise & manage brand catalogues in PPD across our portfolio, maintaining full OLA ensuring a best-in-class digital experience
• Work closely with the Brand, commercial & Digital teams of L’Oréal to create a full Omni channel experience for the consumer
• Execution and tracking of NPD launches both with the customer and internal reporting
• Be an expert of e-Commerce best practices both internally and externally. Coach and transfer expertise to others internally to ensure e-retail forms part of their retail plans.
