Kew Gardens E-commerce team are looking to recruit a number of E-Commerce Assistants to support the day-to-day operations during the busy Christmas trading period.

The role will involve the picking, packing and processing of customer orders, providing excellent customer service via telephone and email and working as part of a team to ensure orders are sent in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate would have experience working in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment, have a customer first approach, a keen eye for detail, be highly organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
