A Restaurants operations manager will need to have a wide scope of commercial understanding, the role will be a blend of OB and Concession business models. This role will lead the commercial outputs across the area of business to deliver on both budgets and business cases, the role will flex between commercial and operational excellence as the roles key attributes is delivering world class restaurant operations in line with business levels and trends across the industry.

The main responsibilities are to support the restaurant management to deliver on the goals ensuring we have the right talent in place as well as the creating the right framework for them to succeed. The role will have long term vision for understanding the capability of the restaurant commercials, be able to set plans and influence key stakeholders to support the growth and change
