This is an opportunity to join the front of house team in the iconic Curator’s House, Botanic Gardens. The long running Curator’s House Restaurant, established 21 years ago by the current owners, serves Spanish influenced tapas, lunch and dinner 6 days with fresh produce from our garden.

Do you have:
- A la carte table service experience
- Great energy and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver under pressure
- Good communication skills, hygiene and presentation
- Flexibility and willingness to work days and evenings, weekdays and especially weekends
- A real focus on the customer and attention to detail
- Motivation to learn and contribute to our team’s success, and drive to take on further responsibilities and opportunities
- A Manager's Licence for the sale of alcohol (preferred but training available)
