The Edgerley Suites is a serviced apartment that is located in the heart of Newmarket, right beside the Westfield Shopping mall which opened in late 2019.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for travel, New Zealand, and creating amazing experiences for our customers.

• Office Hour; 8 am ~ 7 pm. 31.5 hours, 3 days a week.
• Weekends availability is preferred, or essential fortnightly.
• $23 per hour - negotiable upon experience.

The successful candidate will-

• have a proven track record of successful customer service expierence, outstanding organisational skills, and a detail-orientated approach.
• report to the General Manager and incorporates customer service, reporting, management of staff including training, and ensuring correct and consistent application of internal systems and processes including a sales desk function.
• have a good working knowledge of MS Office and an understanding of reservation booking systems.
• be with experience working with property management systems and channel managers.
• must be residing in New Zealand, be able to commit to at least 2 years in the role, and currently hold valid working rights for New Zealand to apply
