ANZCO Foods Canterbury have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Drystore department. This is a full-time, permanent position that reports to our Drystore Coordinator.

The position requires someone to have the experience in administration while also having the ability to drive a forlklift. This is a varied role within a fast paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Creating purchase orders
• Liaising with suppliers
• Receipting goods on arrival
• Issuing out stock
• Managing credits/returns
• Creating invoices
• Filling
• Reconciling purchase orders against invoices in APS110
• Carrying out weekly stock take
• Unloading incoming trucks
• Delivering inward goods to departments

Skills and experience we are looking for the following:

• Experience working with Cloudsuite advantageous but not required
• Strong computer literacy skills, and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Forklift licence and experience essential
• Strong eye for detail
• Good communication skills
