The Tile Depot is a family owned and operated business with 12 stores across the North and South Islands. We pride ourselves on being a leader within the flooring industry through selling quality product and providing a high level of service.

An opportunity now exists to join the Tile Depot family, with a warehouse storeman position available within our East Tamaki distribution warehouse.

Key role responsibilities include:
 

• Accurate picking and packing of store tile orders;
• Recording key details of product picked, i.e. batch numbers;
• Assisting with half yearly stock-takes;
• Ensuring warehouse is kept clean and tidy;

Hours of work are 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with opportunity for overtime. Reliability and punctuality is imperative.

IMPORTANT: Tiles are heavy, with each box weighing approx. 25kg. You will need to be physically fit and in good health to undertake this job as you will be constantly lifting throughout the day.

A current forklift licence would be an advantage.
