To be accountable and responsible for the overall operational effectiveness within distribution and underwriting across NZ. This includes development and implementation of processes, training and project delivery to drive efficiencies across systems and functions within the business. This role will ensure that NZ distribution function manages risk appropriately providing subject matter expertise and operational compliance. This role requires enterprise thinking, strong leadership and operational delivery to be successful.
