Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of cultivation and curation of tropical and warm temperate flora. Previous experience of installing and maintaining high end displays - ideally in a botanic garden or similar. Thorough understanding and experience of managing horticultural projects.

They also need proven experience of leading and inspiring a diverse team of staff, students, and volunteers.

You'll need to have a horticultural qualification equivalent to NVQ level 4 or the equivalent experience.

To be successful in this role you'll need to be a team player with good communication skills, and also to be able to work on your own initiative.

The salary will be £32,000 per annum.
