About the company:

A privately owned, New Zealand based company providing safe, effective, innovative and economical solutions. Having across New Zealand and Australia, and support both local and global customers. They have two distinct teams, this role in particular is part of the Engineering Specialist Projects team based in Porirua, holding subjects that include Timber Drying, Gas Flares and Air pollution control.

About your role:

Based on the phones majority of the time, you will provide internal stakeholders with excellent customer service, helping resolve their needs and wants. Whether it be with your knowledge and skills in dispatching, coordinating, and procurement or by being hands on in the field from time to time.

Though it is a large team of 50, they pride themselves in having close-knit relationships that help build one another up and provide amazing support to work towards many career opportunities.

About you:

Along with proven experience in Contact Centres, you will have:

• A positive attitude
• The willingness to learn
• Contact centre or dispatch experience
• Skilled understanding with Microsoft office, including excel and word
• Warehousing experience (Is an advantage but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail
