We are seeking a Disability Support Worker located in Lynbrook and Narre Warren to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment - taking our client to Hydro Pool

We're looking for people focused individuals who will be able to brighten our client's days and make a positive impact on their lives!
