About the Role

As a Disability Day Service Practitioner you will provide high quality community based and individualised services that support and promote community inclusion, personal growth and living skills for people with a disability.

We have part-time roles available ranging from 18 hours to 30 hours per week

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Community Services/Disability or equivalent;
  • Extensive experience working with complex support needs;
  • First Aid Level II;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance or willing to obtain;
  • Intermediate computer skills – Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook;
  • Knowledge of, and ability to implement the Disability Services Act and Standards;
  • Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain;
  • Current Drivers License.
  • genU requires all employees, contractors, volunteers, and work-placement students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they are an Excepted Person as defined by the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions.
