Located in Cambridge, Ontario, our client has spent over 30 years developing some of the best technology while delivering the best level of service to their customers. The Director of Customer Service is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the steady growth of a company that is already well recognized as a market leader and highly regarded employer. This is an in office position with the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
As the Director of Customer Service:
- you will create and implement process improvements
- enhance the training and development of the customer service team
-implement plans to improve KPIs
-create structure to improve customer needs
-identify new tools and technologies to better service the customer
-guide professional development of employees
-develop standard processes to ensure that staff has access to necessary tools and materials
-you will manage the P& L of the department
-you will take responsibility to negotiate and manage the annual budget
