The challenge

Adobe is growing rapidly in its Digital Media B2B space and is seeking a Director to lead the newly formed Digital Media B2B Analytics organization. This leader will be responsible for building the next-gen business intelligence platform and advanced analytics capabilities that will be essential to driving the next wave of growth for our Digital Media for Business product portfolio. As the B2B Analytics leader, you will partner closely with leaders across product marketing, sales & go-to-market, customer success, finance, and IT. You and the team you will lead will be the center of excellence for B2B analytics across all of Adobe’s routes-to-markets and products that serve our business customers ranging from the smallest micro businesses up to the world’s largest enterprises.

What you'll Do

  • Lead the team to distill and deliver critical business insights for leadership. Influence teammates and executives with your findings.
  • Incubate and launch new analytics solutions to complex business problems to meet business partner needs - both stated and unstated.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow talent across our BI & Reporting, and Advanced Analytics teams.
  • Collaborate with business owners across functions
  • Immerse team in data, draw insight from analysis, and develop compelling, synthesized recommendations.

What you need to succeed

  • Deep end-to-end understanding of analytics, from descriptive to predictive analytics; Machine Learning across data ingestion, prep, development, and end user adoption
  • Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market analytics use cases, preferably in the B2B space, and managing/coaching a team of analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
  • Sophisticated understanding of SQL, relational databases, and visualization tools
