About This Role
We are looking for someone with digital video/media production skills to help us increase the scope and scale of our digital media library. You'll join others in designing, recording and producing digital video content to educate & inform our internal colleagues. There's meaningful work at every turn! Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager. Here's some of what you may be asked to perform:
Ideation, design, and produce digital content used to support Colleague Technology Adoption efforts across the Enterprise.
Record audio/video, direct, produce, enhance and maintain digital content.
Utilize analytics to identify areas to grow our digital media portfolio to drive increased adoption and marketing penetration rate.
Support other digital media content productions such as interviews, meeting recordings, marketing email production.
Share ideas to enhance revenue, customer experience, reduce costs.
Job Requirements
What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:
Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
1-3 years experience is preferred, but not required.
Proficient with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
Proficiency with other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus
Experienced with all aspects of video content production including filming, video editing, motion graphics and animation
Advanced video post-production skills required
Keep current with industry and/or business trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with video content planning, storyboarding, scripting, creative thinking/ideation to create engaging content
Ability to work on low to moderately complex tasks independently, with manager guidance and supervision.
