Reporting to the Manager, Digital Solutions, the Digital Solutions Manager supports the vision of the digital transformation strategy and helps with the implementation of digital solutions for Rivo’s customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role acts as the in-house integrations expert and works closely with all departments such as IT, OPS, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to accomplish successful system integrations and continuous improvements – all in support of Rivo’s ecommerce shipping program.ÂÂ

Responsibilities
- Represent Rivo in customer and partner discussions regarding system integrations that enable ecommerce activity.
- Document integration requirements and drive system integrations through the support of internal IT teams as well as third-party technology providers.
- Help drive change management within the organizationÂÂ
- Help manage various digital initiatives through regular reviews with operations, service providers and other branch/corporate stakeholders until completion.
- Provide input to the IT team in designing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and collaborate with internal or external testers to ensure that deliverables meet user requirements and expectations
- Researching emerging technologies and new channels of distributions products to meet requirements and to support development efforts.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver new initiatives.
- Build business relationships with key partners both internally and externally to implement digital solutions that increase efficiencies and provide innovative solutions to our Operational and Commercial teams.
- Work closely with the operational and process engineering teams to review, assess, and provide guidance on the various digital solutions that improve operational performance and SLAs
- Follow a mix of scrum and waterfall methodologies to effectively manage several digital initiatives concurrently.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment of department, division, and corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/College Diploma in Commerce, Management Information Systems, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in Information Systems Management and/or Digital Technologies
- Experience in Vendor Management is an asset
- Good understanding information systems and system integration principles
- Experience in or understanding of the Logistics, and/or e-commerce industries is an asset
- Knowledge of Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle an asset
- Experience in Process and Change management at the organizational level is an asset
- Ability to work/support multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams within the business
- Takes initiative; motivated self-starter that can work with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving and collaboration skillsÂÂ
- Solid interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability/desire to work in a team environment ÂÂ
