We are looking to hire a Business Analyst (BA) to support the successful delivery of our Smart Buildings Digital programs across the UKI region. Our BA is expected to review and define user journeys. Build business capabilities and processes with a strong steer for process improvements in order to fit in with industry methodologies. The role supports an alignment of Business and IT objectives and finds opportunities for using advanced technology.

How you will do it

• Participate in the creation of IT Investment proposals, partnered with business stakeholders and IT Delivery colleagues.
• Map business objectives and capability
• Conduct discovery sessions and document user stories,
• Map business process flows, including all critical data elements.
• Translate process designs into functional requirements
• Work with business partners and IT colleagues throughout the project life cycle to meet business capability needs and ensure successful achievement of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes.
• Guide and input into solution testing scenarios and participate in Internal Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.

What we look for

Required

• Experienced Business Analyst with IT agile project delivery participation.
• Experience working with Developers and Business SMEs.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills to interact with various business process representatives.
• Strong process design documentation experience using flow charts
• Sound knowledge of project management practices and principals.
• Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to travel within UKI.

Preferred

• PMP or PRINCE 2 certification, Agile or Scrum certification
• Experience in process optimization/ standardization in complex matrix international organizations
• Experience in mapping business requirements to products in the IoT domain in buildings segment
• Knowledge or exposure to building management system, plant control system, lighting control system, IoT Sensors
• Basic concepts around Energy Usage and standards in Buildings Industry.
• Hands on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
