About this Opportunity
We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead Orchestration & Analytics projects for Ericsson North America customers with industry leading tools and methodologies to secure that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. This role will lead all aspects of governance and strategy as you work to deliver solutions utilizing Ericsson and 3rd party products and services. The primary focus is to understand customers’ needs and provide superior services by creating outstanding business value for our customers through cost effective and innovative solutions. The customer project manager reports to the Orchestration & Analytics PMO Director.
What you will do
Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, and plans and supervise all activities
Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
Manage customers and partners: foster good customer relationship building confidence and trust, arrange customer meetings and events
Oversee project financial and quality metrics
Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas
Introduce new technology and capabilities to a wide range of customers
Build fun and effective work environments including tools and team to deliver continuous improvements and profitability
You will bring
Bachelor’s degree and Project Management Certification-PMP
5 or more years of solid experience in delivering consultative end to end solutions within telecommunications industry
2 or more years of project management experience or relevant leadership roles in delivery project.
Solid people leadership skills working with key partners such as engineers, developers, leadership team, and sales team)
Experience leading projects with technical deliveries using a variety of methodologies such as Agile and DevOps
You might also have:
Agile certification
Experience using automation and software management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Experiences on pre-sale support, proposal and contract management.
Experiences on Operational Support System including Orchestration, Analytics, Assurance and Fulfillment.
