We are looking for a Digital Producer to join our team, working alongside our clients and developers to deliver superior digital solutions.

Your experience in account management, project management and enabling team delivery will be essential across a variety of retainer and strategic projects. We are after a passion-player, who values teamwork, new ideas and is ready to raise the bar with us!

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining, managing and prioritising projects from end to end, this includes scoping, internal resource management, scheduling and preparing estimates and invoices.
• You will be the lead account manager for your clients, ensuring all lines of communication are flowing, managing expectations and delivering projects with the development team.
• Managing the production team and clients with an 'all aboard!' attitude. This may even include chipping in with copywriting, uploading content and mapping user journeys.
• Writing proposals, statements of work, contracts, preparing invoices and reporting on projects and budgets.
• Efficient use and maintenance of tools such as Jira, Notion, Google Docs, Slack, Harvest and Forecast, Miro, Zeplin, Figma and other project management and communication tools.
