Are you a Digital Project Manager with vigilance for meeting deadlines and staying within project budgets, a facility for open communication, and a keen eye for process and compliance? Then Robert Half wants to hear from you for this 6 month, hybrid contract opportunity! The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating project status meetings, developing clear and detailed digital project plans and managing all assigned projects. This role is working with an Advertising Agency in downtown Toronto.
Key responsibilities:
- Adjust project targets and schedules as budgets or needs change
- Maintain team action synergy by serving as the point of contact when multiple departments are assigned to the same project
- Hand out project tasks to employees best positioned to complete them
- Ensure maintenance of standards on projects throughout development by performing quality control
- Set targets for milestones, adhere to deadlines, and create long- and short-term plans
- Organize input and work from a variety of stakeholders
- Use good judgement and make decisions on a project's next steps when presented with multiple options
- Keep track of project budgets and expenditures
- Facilitate project status meetings
- Lead overall execution of digital marketing projects from planning through implementation
- Communicate with executives and/or board members to keep projects aligned with their goals
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager
- 3+ years of Agency experience
- Knowledge of website creation management
- Comfortable working with multifunctional teams, including marketing/communications, creative, sales and IT, as well as outside agencies
- Must be organized and have great time-management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects at once
- Proven work experience with project management tools and software
- Bonus: experience managing Print and Video Production projects
