About this role

You will support the development and application of a data driven segmentation strategy for Enterprise Marketing by helping to expand our targetable audiences through new data sources and new segmentation techniques. You will take the lead, testing these new opportunities to ensure we are delivering relevant and personalised marketing experiences for prospects and customers.

You'll have the following responsibilities

• Source and test data onboarding partners with our media agency.

• Work with our Partnership Team to identify 2nd party data sharing opportunities. Take the lead on setting up and testing these partnerships.

• Work with our media  andtech partners to assess the viability of new targeting methods.

• Source and test audience targeting functionality for account-based marketing.

• Support wider Segmentation Team on the design & delivery of test & learn plans for activating 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data in ATL, BTL and onsite channels.

• Take the lead trialling new segmentation approaches. 

• Ensure 2nd & 3rd party data projects are done in a compliant way.

• Support Digital Segmentation Manager on managing the Digital Marketing Compliance Library.

• Work to ensure consistency and optimise effort with wider BT approach within Brand Media Team. 

You'll have the following skills & experience

• Experience activating media campaigns across DSPs, social channels and paid search.

• Experience designing and delivering the segmentation strategy for marketing campaigns.

• Good understanding of GDPR/ICO regulations.

• Knowledge of media compliance.

• Experience in digital marketing.
