Responsibilities:

• Improve and lead the company’s marketing strategy and direct the execution of various marketing activities
• Be the point of contact for all marketing queries
• Increase brand awareness
• Drive our digital marketing positioning (SEO, SEM, Digital campaigns)
• Execute online marketing campaigns, lead and execute company’s PPC, CPC and CPA decision making processes
• Create and optimise ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
• Manage and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase online visibility
• Manage and optimise display campaigns across multiple devices and platforms
• Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals (ROI, KPI) and adjust strategy & activities to achieve them
• Provide ongoing reporting, develop actionable insights, take a test and learn approach to new initiatives
• Control the marketing budget and conduct forecasts
• Familiar with social media algorithms to improve visibility and content quality, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn

Requirements:

• Visionary with a driven personality, not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands-on in nature
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing
• Demonstrable experience of positioning a company in a competitive market and winning market share
• ROI-driven approach to marketing and strong attention to detail
• Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment
• Good eye for design and creative assets
• Low ego and high intellectual curiosity
