Crowborough and East Grinstead
Report to the Head of Marketing & Business Development and lead the growth of the organisation through organic and paid digital marketing for the organisation by implementing and managing the strategic plan. Responsible for collating and analysing data from all relevant data sources and generating regular reports to enable the marketing department to make informed data driven decisions to maximise performance.
- To work closely with external agencies and internal teams to develop, create, and implement content for companies' websites to optimise SEO and maximise conversion.
- To work alongside their agency to devise, implement and manage PPC strategy, and provide analysis and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- To work alongside their agency to devise, implement and manage digital display advertising and paid social media campaigns.
- To work alongside the Helpline Team to oversee, map and develop the customer journey using the CRM; and analyse customer engagement to plan, deliver and measure success of marketing activity.
- To work closely with internal teams to oversee customer review platforms.
- Oversee management of business profile on Google Business and ensure posts are up to date.
- Effectively and accurately monitor spend across multiple channels.
- Create, develop, and deliver effective reports and analysis of all organic and paid media channels, and assess against specific goals, campaign performance, and website traffic to optimize all campaigns.
- To stay abreast with the latest techniques and trends and ensure you continue to deliver an outstanding service.
- Maintain and manage commercial, charitable, and client databases.
- Work alongside the social media & Content Manager to manage, design and implement website content, social posts, and monthly emails.
- Support development of online services on integration of website with IT systems.
- Ensure digital marketing activities comply with legislation and that data is compliant.
Key Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level and/or equivalent current digital marketing practices.
- Minimum 3 years' proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of ASANA or similar project management system.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio reporting dashboards.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Experience overseeing CRM.
- Practical experience of HTML and WordPress.
- An ability to deliver under pressure and respect deadlines.
