We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to take on our digital marketing to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator (e-commerce focused) to join our team. About this role:
- Develop & execute end-to-end digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.
- Coordinating with our partnered digital agencies to review and approve digital advertising placement, artwork, and messaging across all channels ensuring they comply with brand guidelines and strategy.
- Strategic planning and implementation of SEO/SEM/CRO.
- Managing and maintaining all aspects of SEO, Adwords and monthly analytic reporting across the e-commerce sites and digital mark.
- Producing SEO-rich copy for website graphics, including home page graphics and site banners.
- Collaborating with the brand and design team to deliver copy for various marketing channels with a high level of attention to detail including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Manage media calendar for content scheduled and overseeing in advance.
- Create digital content including blogs, articles, publication content etc
- Handling product and service launches.
- The analysis and reporting of all channels (digital and traditional) for major campaigns including publications, store events and website performance.
- Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
- Editing marketing material.
Qualification & Experience
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing and social media in the New Zealand/Australia retail/eCommerce environment.
- Be experienced in using Shopify, Shopify Plus or other relevant content management systems.
- Handling product and service launches.
- Knowledge in digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Display and affiliate marketing channels and Social platforms.
- Knowledge of project management and web design best practices.
- Knowledge of attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools will be considered as a major plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once; strong time management skills and can deliver high-quality results on time while having a strong focus on the target.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
- Degree level in E-Commerce/Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- Track record of achieving e-commerce sales growth
