Work hours: 3 PM - 12 Midnight (Monday to Friday) - Sri Lanka time

6IXSENSES Digital Transformation Inc. is an e-commerce and digital strategy company based in Toronto, Canada with its remote office in Colombo.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team in Sri Lanka who would like to obtain valuable experience working for North American clients while learning robust digital technologies.   • The ideal candidate is willing to work in a cross-functional role handling multitudes of responsibilities and work both, in a team setting and independently with minimal supervision. 
  • He/she is consistent, takes initiative and follows-through to get the job done in a timely fashion.  
  • This position encompasses everything in the realm of digital marketing making the clients’ business stand above the competition. 
  • The right individual will be writing ad copies, creating ad campaigns, optimizing landing pages, working with the content marketing manager, and the management team to ensure the highest results.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Responsible for conducting digital marketing SEM (search engine marketing) activities such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media Ads, and retargeting ads across all channels to increase the online presence of the client’s product
  • Create ads, optimize ads and ensure high deliverability and conversion
  • Manage strategy and setup all paid campaigns
  • Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand, reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
  • Craft landing pages in order for content to be distributed through relevant paid programs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, potential new channels and strategies to be ahead, including updates to social media marketing

Preferred Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/MIS/Business streams from any government or private university or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Excellent English verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, online tools, an asset.
  • Ability to work in both an independent and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to show respect to both staff members and clients in a considerate and business-focused manner. 
  • Previous retail or corporate customer service experience.
  • Digital or social media marketing, web development skills will be assets.          
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS and eCommerce platform (Shopify, Bigcommerce or Open cart) would be advantageous
  • Knowledge in Corel Draw, Photoshop or other designing software will be a plus
  • Experience in the North American market will be an asset.
