Role Title: Digital Analytics Manager
Location: Newbury/London Paddington
Role purpose:
Vodafone Business has partnered with several Industry leading Digital Technology companies to build a compelling portfolio of products and propositions. This is one of the fastest growing portfolios within Vodafone Business and our ambition over the next 5 years is to multiply this growth many-fold.
To achieve this, we require an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to drive the commercial performance of our Global Digital Apps (SaaS) portfolio by delivering actionable insights to improve the efficacy of our GTM activities, including identifying improvements needed to increase our ROI.
The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for setting up, reporting and analysing Key Performance Indicators for all GTM activities and providing actionable insights and intervention plans to improve ROI. You will be data-driven, using historical effectiveness metrics and Business Cases to help justify campaigns/offers as defined by the team.
You will be a self-starter, ambitious and innovation hungry with a customer first mindset. You will have a good balance of Digital Marketing, GTM & Commercial acumen and be able to influence senior leaders across the business.

• Analyse the digital effectiveness and conversion results on Campaigns / GTM activities (effectiveness insights, attribution modelling etc…)
• Proactive creation and maintenance of clear and cohesive datasets, reports and dashboards to influence GTM decision-making
• Work with cross functional stakeholders and partners to create business plans, forecasts and intervention plans
• Help justify campaigns / offers based on historical effectiveness metrics and Business Cases
• Setup, analyse and report Digital Key Performance Indicators across the Digital Apps GTM function
• Review Digital channels performance and where improvements need to be made through Optimisation Analysis for a better ROI
• Understand the audience segmentation performance and make recommendations to optimize for ROI
• Work with Product Marketing Manager to build propensity models
• Analyse Ecommerce data and content performance to identify areas of improvement/testing
Apply if you have:
• 5+ years’ experience in Digital Analytics
• 5+ years’ experience in dealing with small and mid-market customers
• A good balance of experience across Digital Analytics, Commercial & Marketing acumen
• Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional, global teams
• Experience working in Telcos (Consumer / SME)
• Relationship building skills within a complex matrix structure with good communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of operating at a management level with a record of accomplishment in identifying and influencing key decision makers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent English (additional European languages desirable – German / Italian / Spanish)
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Accuracy with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, ambitious and innovation hungry & flexibility
