You will be a key, valued member of the Medical Oncology and Haematology multidisciplinary teams, managing patients across both inpatient and outpatients settings. There is the potential to participate in and lead service improvement, resource development and other innovative practice. In addition to practicing primarily within medical oncology and hematology, you will also provide a general clinical service to the adult inpatient wards.
Moū - About you
In addition to strong clinical skills, you will also need the ability to quickly build strong working relationships with patients, whÄnau and the wider multidisciplinary team. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills are a must. Working with a diverse group of patients with significant health needs, the post holder will require excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex nutritional concepts into practical suggestions for patients and their whÄnau.
