Kōrero mō te tÅ«ranga - About the role

As a Developing Agile Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Agile Business Analysis team and Product Owners to elaborate the future state for business systems, functions and processes, including the creation of a viable, value driven backlogs. 

A core member of the squad, you will work with other members to ensure user stories meet the team's definition of 'ready to take in to build' on their respective backlogs. 

He pÅ«kenga tou - Skills & Experience:

• Exercising your strong communications skills to build trusted relationships in order to understand and address key stakeholder needs.
• Working with other Agile Business Analysts to contribute to the advancement and implementation of solutions, ensuring key insights are shared
• Working with other Agile Business Analysts to facilitate solution design sessions and the assessment of potential solutions, value and risk, and ensure changes in customer and strategic priorities align and implications for products are considered and incorporated
