Dispatch/Stores Team LeaderPermanent contract, Immediate start. Based in Wiri.

The successful candidate will be managing the inwards and outwards flow of our operations. Immediate start is available to the successful applicant. A fork hoist license is required as well as experience within inwards & outwards is highly regarded.

Your key responsibilities:

• Inwards to support production and outwards orders to customers and storage.
• Stock control of freezers and stores
• Manage the work of two staff
• Fill in for breaks, absences, and busy times
• Ensure all paperwork for inwards, outwards, and transfers are completed correctly
• Manage daily load outs to customers and storage
• Export orders
• Assist in finalisation of daily shop orders

Skills & Attributes required:

• Computer literate - Inventory management systems and Outlook
• Leadership skills
• Experience with raising Ecerts and Chep transfers would be a bonus
• Confident, reliable with strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a cold environment

This is a permanent position based in Wiri, Monday to Friday day shift.
