About this role

This role is responsible for providing in-life customer support and straightforward cross-sell and upsell opportunities. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships from a desk-based environment, managing a range of customers usually around 40 accounts. Customer satisfaction is also a significant factor for your nominated clients, whether working with them singly from the desk, or as part of an overall account team.

This role is based in our Bristol office.

You'll have the following responsibilities

·       Responsible for delivering against revenue targets either on his/her own, or as part of virtual sales team within a customer base of either private or public sector customers.

·       Responsibility for outbound sales prospecting and opportunities, regular and consistent calling of customers and promotion of BT products and services.

·       Work closely with field sales and specialist teams to deliver opportunities for core BT product lines

·       Accurately forecast business KPI’s to management teams

·       Proactively manage churn risk for core BT products

·       Identify opportunities to sell to new customers

·       Recognises and delivers against opportunities for business growth via a multi-channel approach.

You'll have the following skills & experience

·       Experience of dealing with customers. 

·       A passion to have a career in sales.

·       Can work autonomously.

·       Can work towards Targets and KPI’s
