KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

●  Implementing general changes in design / processes;

●  Tracking the release of all modifications made on various systems / products;

●  Generate shop and site instructions, fabrication drawings, machining drawings, and engineering change notices;

●  Co-ordination between departments before and after release of engineering change notices;

●  Updating documentation relating to operable vents and other products

●  Assist in shop related activities within a collaborative setting;

●  Assist in taking organic designs from customer vision to commercialization;

●  Prepare detailing in 3D modelling with Inventor, Revit, and AutoCAD

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

●  3-5 years of experience in a design role involving Window/Curtainwall design is an asset;

●  Ability to be organized in a fast paced role while paying attention to detail and accuracy against established targets;

●  Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office applications;

●  Demonstrated oral and written communication skills a must;

●  Capable of working in a fast paced environment, with tasks changing on a regular basis;

●  Site visits may be required;

●  Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
