The Workforce, Employment Relations and Equity group is responsible for ensuring the Public Service workforce is capable, right-sized, and able to support the delivery of the government's work programme. The Deputy Commissioner is also responsible for maintaining positive, modern, and construction relationships with unions and external workforce and employment relations stakeholders. This role is also the head of profession for HR for the public sector
