This is one of four new executive leadership roles that have been created to see ACC continue to improve lives for New Zealanders every day. As part of a cohesive executive team, all Deputy Chief Executives will have a clear cross-enterprise focus as we integrate strategy, planning, delivery across ACC.

The Deputy Chief Executive Strategy, Engagement & Planning will be responsible for leading the development and translation of our strategy into measurable actions and supporting the continual enhancement of ACC by developing and maintaining the enterprise planning system.

You will also ensure alignment of our Strategy, Insights, Policy, Planning, Stakeholder and Government Engagement and Performance & Intelligence functions to drive performance and ensure we are meeting the expectations of our customers and external stakeholders. This includes strategic ownership of the Continuous Delivery (Agile) framework at an enterprise level with a significant focus on developing measurable performance outcomes and communicating an enterprise vision.
