This is one of four new executive leadership roles that have been created to see ACC continue to improve lives for New Zealanders every day. As part of a cohesive executive team, all Deputy Chief Executives will have a clear cross-enterprise focus as we integrate strategy, planning, delivery across ACC.
The Deputy Chief Executive - Service Delivery will lead our Service Delivery Group to provide integrated and efficient recovery support and service delivery to support the end-to-end journey for injured persons. This role leads around 2,000 ACC kaimahi that focus on initial rehabilitation requirements, service delivery and integrity of our scheme operations. This includes teams comprising of Client Recovery, Service Operations, Customer Connection, Recovery Support, and Integrity Services. It is responsible for the delivery of quality customer experience, with a focus on continuous improvement, to deliver effective services to our clients to achieve improved health outcomes.
