Within the Communications & Infrastructure group, DNE (Digital Network Enabler) is a multi-sided platform (MSP) that offers every team and every individual in Sky Technology an open and flexible software development platform to rapidly digitize activities in their functional area. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who has worked on complex digital programmes and lead delivery teams to successful outcomes within this space.

What you’ll do:

• Take end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of deliveries and initiatives, utilizing your communication skills to collaborate with and influence a broad range of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Bring to bear your delivery management, technical, organizational, and transformation expertise to understand the business and strategic goals, translate them into an executable plan, and drive the implementation to success by working with Communications & Infrastructure teams and other Sky organizations.
• Ensure vital governance and controls are in place to ensure successful delivery, demonstrate alignment to agreed time, cost, and quality work.
• Work with Business analysts, Product owners and Solution designers to ensure continuous grooming of demand. Work with Software development manager and Scrum masters to prepare & review reports and change requests.
• Identify and proactively lead risks, issues, and dependencies
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels from customers through to project team members. Lead the project team by example.

What you’ll bring:

• You should be passionate about delivering a great customer experience, driving innovation, and delivering successful migration programs.
• A consistent record of successfully delivering projects, been the head of complex transformation delivery projects/programmes, leading a team 20+ people in a multicultural environment and with an off-shore/on-site delivery model.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at Director level & above
• Willing to help and coach their team, to interact with them and to support them for the professional growth. Has experience in asset and/or organization set-up and growth.
• Deep exposure on solution shaping (Statement of Work, estimation tools, contractual negotiation, scope refinement), as well as scope and change request management
