Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role

The Delivery Managers are responsible for developing effective relationships and trust with schools and other internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that consultants are working effectively and efficiently to deliver school infrastructure projects on time, to budget and to scope as set out in the project brief. The Delivery Managers will oversee a group of capital projects (building construction) and will follow and work within Ministry and EIS policy, procedures and guidelines.

Key skills:

  • Management of end to end school building construction projects in a fast paced and complex portfolio
  • Stakeholder relationship management with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Problem solving and collaboration to deliver great results with maximum impact 

Mōhou ake | About you 

You are a Junior level Project Manager looking to step up to the next level, with relevant construction knowledge, and a strong track record of using project management methodologies and organisational processes to achieve efficient outcomes, manage risks and implement lessons learnt. Understanding of the full end to end project management from business case to completion of the project. Modular building is also desired for this role.
