The Division
The Chief Customer Office (CCO), a functional branch of Regional and Outer Metropolitan (ROM), is aimed at making NSW a better place to live, work and visit by delivering great customer experiences. Customer Service & Value Creation a branch within ROM, this branch is responsible for the uplift in the customer service experience program in the medium term and better outcomes for our ways of working through data driven decision making.
The opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator within the Strategic Delivery. The role contributes to the development and delivery strategies of programs and projects from across the business, in accordance with time, cost, quality and scope requirements to ensure customer uplift, and proposed concept of operations are reflected in the mid-term view of the program implementation phase.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, a key priority for these roles is ensuring the delivery of required programs to the agreed brief within budget and on time. Demonstrated experience in the use and application of computerised techniques for project information management, with the ability to produce status reports, including financial, project and program status is paramount. As well as engagement with the internal and wider ROM team, financial, commercial, strategy and technology divisions.
About you
The ideal candidates will demonstrate proven project coordination experience or may even have service design/customer experience design knowledge in their background.
You will be exceptional and exceptional communicator capable of synthetising and delivering information with a measured and confident approach. You love all things operational, are customer focused and uphold that with solid reporting skills. You are analytical, efficient and action oriented.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is a transport Grade 8 role and an attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
